Thanks!Author: Tiana FengAnother thing to add is, if you can afford to eat the cost of a ticket to a cancelled event, let the band or organizers keep it instead of asking for a refund. Most had staff to pay along the way while organizing it, only for it to be cut off. This is the kind of thing that can threaten the livelihood of your fave band or venue.Read more comments

Author: One Eyed OracleI think the analogy is off kilter. A "would be" banker having all the economic knowledge but no money to build a bank, is more to the point. Artist's have the radio ready music, but they just have no money or knowledge of sourcing bricks, lights, and a location, let alone the business sense to build a bank, or the right connections or LUCK lol, to attract an empty available one looking for the right tenant.
